We provide limited warranty coverage for all Juuze products sold to you, purchased online or at one of the retail shops that carries our products. To ensure that you receive the latest information and updates for your Juuze product, complete the following form to register for warranty.

What can I do about an Juuze product I bought that is defective?
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your Juuze product, we ask that you first try returning it to the retailer for resolution. We have a liberal return policy with authorized dealers and we encourage them to do everything possible to accommodate you locally for your convenience. If you are unable to take care of the problem with the retailer, please contact the Juuze office in your country.
For other distribution Products
We provide 6 months - 1 year warranty coverage based on manufacturer’s defect.
